The AD 6/17 operated for the Swedish royal family after Ferdinand Porsche had used it for hunting trips on weekends. The AD 617 lead a varied and joyful life. The aircraft company ÖFFAG in Wiener Neustadt had the bodywork made entirely of wood, including the curves on the typical Tonneau rear. The flagpoles still remind us on its time in Sweden, when the car was driving royal hunting guests through the woods.
