The Sd. Kfz. 251 (Sonderkraftfahrzeug 251) half-track was a German armored fighting vehicle built during World War II. Built in large number and with many variants, it was used for troop transport into battle. This version corresponds to the "Pionierpanzerwagen", an assault engineer vehicle with fittings to carry assault bridge ramps on the side.
